I can ensure i will accomplish my goals in life by always giving my 110% in everything i do and try. I will be able to reach my goals by not loosing focus in what i want to do and what i want to accomplish. I will first start my pathway to success by staying in school and always keeping my grades up. That is the main thing i need in order to keep going in life. Because education in key to success.!

Lawyers

 A lawyer is a person who’s profession is law. A lawyer has to be highly skilled in law, economics, history, human motivation, human behavior and the practicalities of everyday life. The history of lawyers started ever since the human kind started. Lawyers and philosophers have shaped rules in order to make it possible for human to interact with each other. I choose to follow the profession of becoming a law attorney because I am highly skilled in the areas I need to be in order to become a successful lawyer.   I also enjoy the gathering evidence for a case to find who is guilty and who is not. Lastly it fits my personality very well. 

           Education is very important on the pathway in becoming a lawyer. Becoming a lawyer requires 7 years of education and a minimum of 4 years in college plus 3 years of law school. To become lawyer you will need a four year college degree, a BA or BS and either a JD or LLB.  The skills required in order to be a successful lawyer are business programs, communications, journalism, reading, researching, analyzing, logical and excellent writing skills is a must.

   Lawyers are very hard working individuals. They do most of their work in offices, libraries and courtrooms. They sometimes meet in a client’s house, hospitals or prisons. Private lawyers usually have irregular hours while conducting research. Lawyers often work long hours and those who work full time schedules and most of them work an average of 50 hours per week while conducting research. They often face heave pressure, especially if the case is being tried. Vacations are not very relaxing. They get about three weeks of vacation per year, but they still receive calls and messages during their vacation period. Lawyers often face high emotional distress. The risk of depression substance abuse and other physical stress increase very rapidly on lawyers.  The position of a lawyer includes working attorneys, clients, judges and witnesses etc.

             Some of the advantages lawyers have are, money-wise, income potential, and the chance to help out people.  Some disadvantages that lawyers have are the working hours, which have to be a large amount of hours completed. For example, an average lawyer works about 60hrs per part time week! Another disadvantage is vacations, since they are mainly the same thing as when you are working. They still receive phone calls, text messages, voicemails, etc., therefore it is like they are still working instead of being on vacation. If they don’t  choose to take the calls, they might lose a case or loose the client, which of course mean loosing money and not getting the job done. Employment growth of lawyers will keep expanding, especially after 2012. People in society will also be in demand for legal services in such services for elders, antitrust, environmental changes, property. In addition, availability and affordability of legal clinics and prepaid legal service programs should result in increased use of legal services by middle-income people. To practice law in the courts in absolutely any state, a person must be licensed, or admitted to its bar. All states require for lawyers to pass a written bar examination. Most jurisdictions also require applicants to pass a separate written ethics examination.

                  From what I have learned about the career as a lawyer, I believe I am well suited to this job. Although it is going to take many years of education,

My top three work environments are Investigative, Artistic and Social. 

The careers that match my interests are; lawyer, mathematician, and professor.  

Some careers that i might be interested in would be either a lawyer, a crime investigator, psychiatrist or a counselor. 

I would like to begin a career in law, because i like to argue my point. 

I also like to help out the correct person in a difficult situation.

 I also like to find out who is right and wrong and be in the side of that one who is correct. 

I would also be very interested in being a crime investigator, since i like to investigate what happened in a past situation. 

The other two are good choices although i am not sure if i will be very successful. 

Those would be my choices.

I am a guardian.

 Guardians have natural talent managing goods and services--from supervision to maintenance and supply and they use all their skills to keep things running smoothly in their families, communities, schools, churches, hospitals, and businesses. Guardians can have a lot of fun with their friends, but they are quite serious about their duties and responsibilities. Guardians take pride in being dependable and trustworthy; if there's a job to be done.
